About the role:

We are looking for a junior IT recruiter colleague to manage the recruitment processes of our partner company, keep in touch with hiring managers and follow-up candidate lifecycle.

  • Daily maintenance of incoming applications
  • Recruit candidates in line with the job requirements
  • Filter external and internal databases
  • Use alternative channels
  • Organize and conduct interviews
  • Understand professional requirements
  • Keep contact with hiring managers, other HR departments
  • Build a network of IT professionals based on business needs
  • Reporting
  • College or university degree
  • At least 1,5 years of work experience in IT recruitment
  • Good English knowledge
  • Result-oriented, client-focused, proactive personality
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently
