Our Client is looking for Project Managers who excel at leading project teams to deliver the company best-of-breed solutions to clients around the world.
As an IT project manager you'll enjoy the diverse challenges, clients, work environments and schedules that come with delivering innovative projects, on-time and on-budget.
Skills for this position require applicants who are equally adapt at people, and business management. Besides the knowledge of methods to initialize, plan, execute, control and monitor a project, PMs use skills and leadership competencies for team building, client relations, negotiation, decision making, problem solving and conflict management.
Ensuring scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables, you'll apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management. Project managers are on the frontlines every day; partnering with clients to help shape their projects every step of the way.
The environment
The vacancies are to fulfil a job role known as IT Program Manager responsible to lead global program implementations, manage investments and lead optimization and development projects in their area of responsibility. These roles play a core role in defining Company's's product development strategy, deployment roadmap, and in identifying optimization opportunities in the deployed portfolio.
The core job role & responsibilities
As a Program Manager you will be responsible for:
# Assume global ownership for your area of responsibility and provide leadership for IT optimization and infrastructure development programs in a matrixed, multinational environment
# Lead project managers and international teams to achieve their targets and deploy projects in time and within the defined budget
# Provide thought leadership in your are of responsibility
# Identify optimization opportunities in your area of responsibility and lead initiatives to realize those savings
# Manage investment, define yearly investment budget and manage funding through the year
# Present proof of concept projects on external client and consulting engagements |

| Requirements, skills: |
|
Required
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 5 years experience in global program management,
international project management
* At least 5 years experience in application / system lifecycle
management
* At least 5 years experience in leading teams in global
multinational environment and navigate through complex
organisational waters
* At least 5 years experience in Global IT infrastructure management
* Certified in Project Management
* Certified in ITIL at least foundation level
* English: Fluent
Preffered
* Master's Degree in Information Technology
* Certified in Prince2 or Lean
Additional information
* Very good analytical and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Good organizational and problem solving skills |
