|Description of position:||his role is the primary contact between the IT Manager and the local organization.|
•- Pro-actively monitor the problem and change process, manages problem and change issues, and alerts as needed.
•- Help to ensure quality of service and manage cost of IT delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient manner.
•- Monitor and manage Service Level performance on assigned account(s) and reports attainment and potential exposures in a timely manner.
•- Act as a team member of the International IT organization and as such support projects and activities also outside Hungary, in close and harmonious cooperation with other IT teams and others.
•- Follow appropriate problem and change management processes.
•- Strive for IT Security compliance and maintain an appropriate level of awareness, especially with end users.
•- Hungarian: fluent or native
•- English: fluent
•- Ability to support incident and problem resolution process,
•- Mastery in WinXP environments support
•- Strong communication skills, service delivery orientation
•- Organized, structured approach
•- Min 2-3 years working experience in customer support center
•- Very high interpersonal abilities and communication skills
•- Studies in subject of IT, electronics or telecommunication
•- Flexibility in terms of possible overtime, work outside normal business hours, possible shifts work and/or on call duties.
|Known languages:||Fluent English and fluent Hungarian knowledge|
