IT Operations Manager


for the newly built technical support centre


If you gained several years of experience in a Service or Helpdesk environment, you speak English and German fluently, and you are a great team leader then this will be the next step to grow and make one step further in your career. Help us to build up and develop our support center, implement new methods and ideas. Be the part our success!!



  • Managing the whole operation of the worldwide helpdesk , 3-4 direct reports, operation of 40 people
  • Leading several projects – such as Implementing ITIL methodology
  • Being an active link between the operation and the IT director
  • Advising the Director with regard to dismissals, transfers, promotions
  • Supervising the training of employees and trainees from other areas
  • Checking and approves the expense sheets of his employees in accordance with the “Handling of Payments” guideline
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with internal and external parties
  • Ensuring the creation of the necessary documents and concept papers and inspects their quality
  • Creating and defining KPI’s and controlling SLA’s


  • 3-5 year experience gained as a team leader or Operations manager in  Service Desk / Helpdesk environment
  • Finished MSc/BSc studies
  • Excellent German and English knowledge
  • ITIL knowledge or certification
