For our multinational partner we are looking for an
IT Helpdesk Team Manager

Location:
Budapest

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a group of approx. 50 employees including 2-3 team leaders
  • Ensuring quality, productivity and system availability objectives are met
  • Review and report on the performance of the team
  • Identifying resource requirements
  • Improve existing processes and work methods or  implementing changes as appropriate
  • Liaising with key customers, account managers and colleagues providing expert technical guidance and advice in support of a customer issue

Requirements:

  • College or University degree qualified with a relevant technical qualification
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience in call centre/ shared desk/similar service operation including supervisory experience
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Another language knowledge is an advantage
