Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a Spanish speaking IT Helpdesk Agent to their Budapest-based business services center.
As an IT Help Desk agent your tasks will be the following: - Support the clients in IT related problems via email and telephone - Solve or forward SW/HW, basic IT problems - Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions - Communicate in professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
- Fluency in English and one other European languages is mandatory (C1) (German/French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese) - Good computer knowledge - Fresh graduates are also welcome! - Customer orientation - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Personal accountability - Proactive and dynamic personality - Ready to learn new solutions - Advantage: CCNA or AVAYA knowledge / Service desk experience
