As an IT Help Desk agent your tasks will be the following: - Support the clients in IT related problems via email and telephone - Solve or forward SW/HW, basic IT problems - Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions - Communicate in professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
- Fluent French and English is mandatory (C1) - Good computer knowledge - Customer orientation - Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Personal accountability - Proactive and dynamic personality - Ready to learn new solutions - Advantage: CCNA knowledge / Service desk experience
