Our client is a globally well known corporation in the Telco sector, which is running it’s Shared Service Center from downtown Debrecen to support IT operations all over Europe.
As an IT Help Desk agent your tasks will be the following:
- Support the clients in IT related problems via email and telephone
- Solve or forward SW/HW, basic IT problems
- Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions
- Communicate in professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
- Fluent English is mandatory, other European language is a plus (German, French, Dutch, Spanish )
- General interest in IT infrastructures
- Customer orientation
- Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
