Our newest, freshest SSC partner is looking for new colleagues to their up-building IT helpdesk team.
IT Helpdesk 2nd line agent
- Resolve complex IT-related problems that are registered and escalated by the 1st line team
- Perform a complex range of technical work activities remotely (advise Windows and MAC-based systems)
- Follow-up incidents and escalate to 3rd line if needed
- Contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards
- Report to team leader on the problems and advise possible new business processes or developments
- Document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures
- Fluent German/French/Italian/Spanish and English knowledge
- 1-3 years experience in relevant IT Service Desk environment is a must
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, Windows, active directory and VPN
- Experience with ticketing tools
- Excellent communication skills and great team player
