Business Process Analysis & Documentation: Analyze & document business processes used in the company in order to provide IT solutions to support those. Understand and be up-to-date on Corporate Business processes in order to recommend and implement those. Suggest Business processes enhancement to Corporate and Business approval whenever enhancement can have a significant ROI.
Oracle and Manufacturing Systems Training and Support: The Business analyst must train himself on Corporate ERP and manufacturing Systems in order to be able to train users on site. He should be able to assist users in solving their support issues or help documenting those issues to enable resolution by other services. He will need to follow tickets until resolution.
Follow-up Implementation of Business processes: The Business Analyst will follow-up and monitor the implementation of new business processes when requested. He will be asked to do project management for some projects.
Business System knowledge: The Business analyst will need to keep increasing his knowledge about business systems used in the company. He will have to pass through the certification process and reach highest levels in those. He will try as much as possible to stay informed of all business processes change decided within the company
Support: The Business analyst has to work on resolution of support tasks given to him until resolution. Even if other groups are involved any request he initiated or has been given will have to be followed until resolution.
Teamwork: The Business Analyst will be responsible for acting as a good team member both internally and when liaising with colleagues in the other plants. It may also be required to liaise closely with customers to explain SANM’s systems capability or if required discuss the integration of customers systems with SANM’s
Good positive manner and behave in a professional and acceptable fashion.
At least three years experience in a Business Systems analyst role
lean driving license and a current full passport.
Good command of English; further language skills would also be a benefit.
Good communicator with the ability to work at all levels in a positive and constructive manner
Flexible with respect to working hours and foreign travel, on the basis that overtime is expected and allowed for in the employee salary
