Our multinational client is a EMEA-wide leader in a service sector being present in Hungary with a business support center providing IT customer services.
They are now looking for IT 1st LINE SERVICE DESK ANALYST for a long and also a fix term cooperation.
- To resolve Incidents / Requests remotely wherever possible
- Update customers on Incident / Request progression as and when required
- The ideal candidate has an excellent spoken and written communication skills in Italian and English
- We are looking for pro-active and dynamic analysts with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and
with the ability to handle fast moving and high-pressure customer facing environment
- Other European languages (French, German, Spanish) are considered as a huge plus
