Our multinational partner we are looking for a talented Internet Service Manager.
The tasks are:
- Being in charge of the national support module and the service APP’s operation planning, data analysis and report output, track and promote the platform construction and business issues improvement;
- Monitoring of national internet public opinions and implementation of internet issues closing system, one-to-one internet agent management
- Tracking and pushing platform construction and business issues improvement.
- Bachelor degree or above in communications, electronics, e-Commerce or computer software specialties.
- Two years or above experience in website construction and operation
- Two years or above experience in Internet public opinions management, forum/social media operation and user problems management;
- Consumer electronic products’ after sales experience is preferred
- Fluent English is a must
- Good communication skills, self-learning ability, ability to analyze, solve and summarize problems
- Being familiar with the consumer electronic products’ current Internet service status and future service trends.
- Being familiar with social media operations
- Good service awareness and team spirit, ability to work under pressure
- Good at independent thinking, lively and outgoing personality
