INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – Machinery / Industrial equipments

Main tasks:

  • Creating and implementing global / regional SALES and MARKETING STRATEGY;
  • Global BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT;
  • Develop a sales strategy and implementation plan to close new business to achieve/exceed annual financial and commercial targets;
  • Preparing and managing sales action plans;
  • Keeping the contact with international partners;
  • Manage and develop effective customer relationships;
  • Overall responsibility for management of key accounts in EUROPE, NORTH-AMERICA, CHINA;
  • Market research, competitor analysis;
  • Leading the international SALES REPRESENTATIVE / COMMERCIAL TEAM.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business;
  • At least 5 years of INTERNATIONAL sales / külkereskedelem experience (MACHINERY PRODUCTION, AUTOMOTIVE, INDUSTRIAL / AGRICULTURAL / CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS OR IMPLEMENTS);
  • Strong sales personality with customer focus;
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent LEADERSHIP skills;
  • Extroverted, results oriented person;
  • MOBILITY, willingness to travel about 50% of working time;
  • Fluent English and Hungarian.

Location: East-Hungary / abroad
