International Sales Manager (CEE countries)
We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter and well organized individual who can plan, conduct and coordinates the company's regional (CEE) sales activities. The sales manager will manage a sales team and implement progressive business development among consumer and industrial partners in Hungary and other CEE countries.
- Plan and execute an effective sales strategy within the assigned region and sales channels.
- Pursue business and market development activities among new customers as well as with the existing partners.
- Prepare market studies, develop commercial concepts, price lists, discounts and delivery terms, sales - incentive budgets, sales methods, special incentives and campaigns determination.
- Establishment and management of operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities.
- Liaising with other departments (Customer service, technical support…)
Critical Success Factors and requirements:
- University or College Degree; preferably in Technical and/or Economical field
- Min 5+ years‘ of international sales experience gained within a multinational environment, preferably in a consumer lighting / LED lighting or in a consumer electronics sector.
- And / OR min 5+ years’ of sales management experience within the Consumer Electronics sector dealing with big international retail chains.
- International market knowledge (CEE countries) is an asset.
- Fluency in English is essential, other CEE language knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent Hungarian is a must.
- Positive „can do“ attitude, ability to work within a developing, dynamic and changing organization
- Ability to work independently, to set up and roll out goals, targets for the assigned area
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to solve problems within own work group and provide an innovative approach
