International Mobility Specialist
Job description: - support end-to-end support of international mobility related activities - answer related inquiries from Employees, HR Business Partners, Managers - track and report full process flow in tracking system - provide excellent customer service to employees - ensure that all queries are in compliance with federal and state laws and are consistent with Company Policy - continuous process improvement and development - respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner
Job requirements: - 3-5 years international mobility experience - university or college degree - excellent English is a must, fluent second european language is an advantage- - proactive and solution oriented approach - fast learner - excellent change management skills - ability to work under high pressure - efficient multitasking and problem solving skills
