International Contact Center Manager


Key responsibilities:

  • Control, manage and coordinate multilingual contact center agent team
  • Project preparation including scheduling, scripts, and information materials
  • Overall measuring, monitoring and quality control of agent performance on a regular basis
  • Preparing reports, quality indicators and presentations on a regular basis
  • Ensure all contracted tasks are accomplished in a timely manner
  • Actively participate in various internal and client meetings and conference calls
  • Drive to meet and exceed customer expectations and ability to inspire agents to do the same
  • Ensure all assigned contact center agents understand their job requirements
  • Provide feedback / guidance and support to contact center agents on their overall performance
  • People management and knowledge-transfer during project management
  • Prepare & manage trainings
  • Direct contact with customers during project in writing and over the phone
  • Proactively working on process improvement
  • Supporting knowledge transfers and recruitment processes


  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Hungarian language is a must
  • College or University degree
  • User level knowledge of MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Online applications
  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience in service center processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organization and multitasking skills
  • Dynamic, open personality
  • Goal oriented approach
  • A second foreign language and multicultural experience is a plus
