International Business Developer at Powerhouse
We are looking for innovative International Business Developer at Powerhouse in Almere As International Business Developer, you along with the Powerhouse BD team, responsible for identifying, exploring and realizing (international) opportunities for Powerhouse by setting up and (to) create a portfolio of innovative projects..
You are responsible for the generation of new business;
Sees new opportunities for Powerhouse in the market, both nationally and internationally and knows how to translate them into commercial opportunities;
Invents new services and products for the energy market;
Business cases makes these products and services, fact-based feasibility and applicability Will be tested and demonstrated in the Powerhouse ambition;
Know on the basis of these bc's to sell these products and services to our current and new customers;Collaborates with the sales manager of strategic initiatives and tackles (international) leads / picking projects;
You are responsible for the realization of projects;
Formulates (parts of) project plan, based on approved business cases. This includes planning, constraints, budget and agreement on objectives;
Acts as project manager for the development of the innovations in project teams;
Monitors the consistency of projects and sends proactive here;
Sends the complete international chain from concept to commercial deployment;
Informs and motivates stakeholders, creates understanding and provides reports;
Completes projects sometimes makes for project evaluations;
You are responsible for stakeholder management;
Involves proactively RWE organization and other (external) stakeholders in a broad sense;
You are the connecting factor with the product and software developers of the platform as market trends to turn into concrete solutions;
Knows how to connect stakeholders and engage through good relationship;
Knows how to translate needs and desires of stakeholders for effective opportunities and solutions;
Youare able to get ideas and possibilities on paper well and clearly and be able to Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders;
Have a proactive advisory role to the internal organization, to improve the way we work on a daily basis.
HBO / university working and thinking: in the relevant direction, (eg Business Administration, Economics Econometrics, International Management, Engineering or other technical study.)
5-8 years experience in Commercial Development and Consultancy services / products in a commodity environment.
You are flexible in your behavior and you know yourself where necessary adapt.
You are customer focused and know your needs and requirements to determine the internal customer.
You know how you can resolve problems alone and in a team as efficiently and effectively as possible.
You know how you work in a team and also to yourself seclusion once briskly to work.
You are result oriented and you know how to meet deadlines.
You are your very aware that your results should also be of good quality.
