International Accounts Coordinator - EMEA

Job Summary:

Our multinational client opened a new position in the Budapest office. They are looking for a self-confident, reliable and communicative professional, who would be responsible to manage the sales administration and coordination processes for the Global Sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Keeping up to date the capabilities and the contact listings
  • Assisting in the successful set-up and leveraging of the Agreements and the Contracts with the Clients
  • Ensure local queries are resolved promptly by working with regional or global customer contracts
  • Support the International sales and the Pricing activities
  • Ensure appropriate global bids are correctly in place for all country on each account
  • Reporting about the EMEA sales activities for the Global Sales team
  • Support to share the agreed terms and conditions receiving the Countries
  • Execution tracking of local tasks
  • Working with virtual / matrix teams



  • University Degree
  • 3+ years of business experience, preferred in international operating company
  • Experience in Sales Coordination & Administration / Account Management / Commercial areas would be a great advantage
  • High level of English is a must, any other European language knowledge is a plus
  • Project Coordinator & Project Development skills would be very useful
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with wide range of Colleagues in EMEA 
  • Pro-activity & autonomy, ‘Can Do Mentality’
  • Ability to act quickly in case of issue
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
