Intercompany Accounting Team Leader - German Speaking

  • Manage a group of 5-6 accountants, who are dealing with partner fees, costs, intercompany invoices, bank payments and reconciliations
  • Ensure that partner fees and intercompany invoices are calculated, billed and recorded correctly by the team
  • Driving the team to success through delivering targets and contributing to the overall objectives
  • Coordination and resource allocation
  • Ensure that appropriate controls are in place and work as expected
  • Participate in selection, hiring
  • Monitor performance and give continuous feedback for team members
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members
  • Look for continuous process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in major process improvement and process change projects
  • Build strong relationship with stakeholders and internal clients throughout the organization
  • College or university degree preferably in business, economics, finance or accounting
  • At least upper-intermediate English AND intermediate German skills
  • At least 1-3 years of full-sclae people management experience gained ideally in a Shared Service environment
  • Confident accounting knowledge is expected
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Process improvement mindset
