Inside Sales B2B with Romanian or Serb-Croatian language

Job Summary:

Inside Sales is responsible for developing and managing current customer accounts and offering existing and new products. This position requires communication and liaison with customers, and most other functions within the legal entity. This is a diverse and dynamic role within a globally leading organization. It requires a candidate who needs to emphasis on researching and fully understanding the customer’s profile, he or she will make intelligent business development calls offering company products. This person key accountabilities will be  to make outbound calls to existing customers, liaise with other colleagues throughout South East Region and follow up on leads and enquires that could lead to sales


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers and offer range of products, inform them about product changes
  • Manage & grow existing customer accounts and build new business
  • Lead Generation and prospecting
  • Build strong and long term relationships internally and externally
  • Understand your customer needs and products
  • Sales order processing and updating customer database
  • Providing support to South East National & Regional sales teams, sales engineers
  • Assist/support customer on Internet and WEB orders
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing product training and support new product introduction processes
  • Liaise with the Product Management Department
  • Follow lean working principles, suggest improvements and identify non value added activity
    • Developing existing clients to maximise profits




  • Excellent sales & account managing skills
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle
  • Experience in desk based Business to Business sales would be a great advantage
  • Self starter and able to work independently
  • IT Systems literate with experience
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outbound calling and target driven
  • Confident communication skills
  • Experience within the welding industry or some similar field would be great, but not necessary
  • Fluent in Hungarian and Romanian or Serb-Croatian
  • Intermediate English language skills
