We are looking for a hands on, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic marketer, who takes ownership, responsibility, loves being autonomous and accountable. But most importantly loves being different!
We offer an opportunity to develop both in the field of Innovation as well as Brand Management in an excitingly fast paced, international working environment.

As well as supporting the Head of Innovation in identifying and launching new opportunities for business growth across multiple brands, the Innovation Brand Manager will also be responsible to build and grow a new brand and category. This entails developing the marketing and brand plan, supporting Sales to launch and grow the brand successfully across channels.

You will receive full support to grow and develop vertically with all the opportunities a multinational company like HEINEKEN has to offer.


Support the Innovation Manager

  • Independent lead of innovation/renovation projects in accordance with approved innovation procedure
  • Coordinate between Supply Chain (R&D, Production, Logistics, Demand Planning etc.) and Commerce (Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Teams)
  • Build business cases in collaboration with Finance Department to continuously monitor and evaluate projects’ feasibility
  • Maintain and build contact with aroma and packaging material suppliers as well as design/communication agencies
  • Identify opportunities of new product development including opportunity definition, scope, requirements and execution
  • Contribute into constant improvement in area of innovation implementation
  • Check opportunities of product/recipe/packaging optimization or renovation with R&D and procurement department and make recommendations
  • Monitor ATL/BTL allocation, tracking spend structure e.g. buying services for advertising, promotion, media and research agencies
  • Evaluate and interpret qualitative and quantitative research, highlighting growth opportunities and other relevant findings

Develop, build and manage a new brand & category

  • Be the brand champion. Define and implement the brand strategy to build brand equity, trial & awareness and penetration to ensure that sales targets are met and sustainable profitable growth is achieved.
  • Deliver & execute ATL/BTL strategy in close cooperation with Trade Marketing.
  • Manage its brand budget, maximizing its effectiveness through optimized ATL/BTL allocation. Full P&L responsibility, ensuring its profitable long-term growth.
  • Identify new growth opportunities for this new brand & category for a 3year innovation funnel.

  • Guide & develop the Innovation trainee, who supports with administrative tasks and smaller projects


Field of education: Business & Marketing, but also Logistics/Supply Chain related studies welcome
Level of education: Master degree
Experience: 3-4 years cross-cultural work experience ideally in multinational FMCG; preferably in Product Management (pref. a combination of Brand Management and Innovation)
Languages: Hungarian working proficiency/mother tongue, English fluent, any other additional languages welcome (e.g. German for contact with suppliers)
PC skills: Above average Excel capabilities, rest of Microsoft Office with focus on PowerPoint
Other: Driving license
