Participation in new production projects
Develop production launch
Responsible to develop and implement changes to the manufacturing process to achieve significant quality, efficiency or cost improvements.
Establish training program for Technicians/Setters
Preparation of new machine aquisition
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required, Plastics Engineering Degree highly preferred
Must be experienced in plastic injection molding processing
Knowledge of efficiency improvement systems, tools, like SMED
Problem solving skills
Good command of English
Ability to work independently
Experience in project and product implementation
