ICT Support Officer x 2 Posts
Salary up to £21,068
Temporary (up to 12 months)
Our ICT Support Officers play a key role across the organisation, ensuring we deliver excellent services to our customers by helping them use our IT systems effectively.
Applicants must be self-motivated, well organised, approachable and happy to take operational responsibility for services. You will be great at problem solving, have a good knowledge of MS Office, a high level understanding of infrastructure and corporate information systems, preferably with experience of working in the housing sector, together with an aptitude for learning and developing further skills.
Your role will be varied and interesting and will include infrastructure maintenance, information systems support and business reporting. A key aspect of the role is to provide 1 st line customer support through our service desk so you must enjoy working with people.
