Job description
•Assure the follow-up of the tax calculation processed by the tax partner of Company
•Monthly reconciliation of the assignee individual files,
•Billing of actual tax to the other countries,
•Preparation of individual tax and compensation data for Company tax partner of ad-hoc reporting,
•Control of business travelers to be compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing,
•Preparation of accruals,
•Follow-up ,collect and bill tax refunds,
•IA-tax related administrative tasks (Initiation of Payment Requests, answer queries from assignees / other countries, etc),
•Liaise with Tax authorities and Company tax department,
•Provide and share all needed information to the different partners and/or colleagues. |

Required:
High School Diploma/GED
English: Fluent is a must
Spanish and Italian: Fluent |
