HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER AND PAYROLL SPECIALIST



Description of work activities – responsibilities

He/she

  • works with personal data of employees and is responsible for their protection and confidentiality,
  • is responsible for preparing and archiving labour – legal documentation,
  • is responsible for keeping records and databases (archives) of employees, keeps records and archiving of personal files of employees,
  • commands the working-legal issues,
  • provides advisory information to employees,
  • is responsible for administration of reimbursement of employees expenses, keeps records of refunds,
  • is responsible for processing of payroll administration of KF employees,
  • is responsible for monitoring and application of legislative changes in the payroll accounting,
  • register a cancel registration from insurance companies,
  • is responsible for processing of annual balance, works out statements for insurance companies, tax bureau and Bureau of Statistics,
  • communicates with external organizations,
  • collaborate on updating and implementation of changes in labour-legal field,
  • working out reports to monthly evaluation of results,
  • assistance in the financial department.

Place of work: Szolnok

Start date: immediately

Required qualification: Social insurance clerk okj certification

Required experience: at least two years on the same position

Required knowledge of foreign languages: English – active

Required technical skills: knowledge of MS Office at advanced level
