HRSD Helpdesk coordinator
we are looking for colleagues

HR Services Delivery fits within the overall structure of Alcoa’s European Regional Resource Unit.


  • Deliver an efficient and effective Oracle system support to the HR population and employees of Alcoa within the terms of the established Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Give technical support to new Performance Management, Manager self service and Employee self service users
  • Resolve system issues, analyze problems
  • Provide HR and administrative support
  • Ensuring all requests/ enquires are processed with high levels of service excellence providing at all times to all levels within the organisation.
  • Prioritisting and mananging a large number of cases


  • Fluent in English and additional language spanish, Italian, french, norwegian or icelandic
  • Flexible and multi-tasking
  • Customer oriented and conscientious
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Required to manage time effectively in order to complete workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve and evaluate customers` needs
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills,
  • Oracle HR knowledge is an advantag e: but on-the-job training will be provided
  • Helpdesk experience is an advantage
  • Ability to think in systems

Location: Szekesfehervar

Scope:  Human resources / HR Administrator

Language knowledge: Fuent

  • Additional language knowledge (Spanish, french or Italian, norwegian or icelandic)

Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company
