HR/Payroll Administrator (Fluent French)

Description of position:
The prime responsibility of the HR Payroll administrator is to deliver payroll accurately and on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations.


• Ownership for designated processes

• Develop subject matter expertise in all payroll processes and a sound knowledge of end to end payroll delivery for their country.

• Continually looking to analyze and improve work processes

• Deal with payroll issues, identify solutions

• Manage workloads to meet strict weekly, monthly and annual deadlines

• Undertake any non routine requests

• Develop, maintain a high level of technical mastery on SAP payroll and all payroll legislation, statutory deductions

• Work across boundaries and form productive working relationships with other departments in the quest to improve efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the Shared Service Centre

Requirements, skills:

• Associate's Degree/College Diploma

• Administration experience

• Experience of using software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Attention to detail, and accuracy in every aspect of the role, is essential

• English: Fluent

• French: fluent


• Master's Degree

• Payroll experience (preferred)

• At least 2 years experience in Payroll

• French : Fluent

Known languages:
Fluent English and fluent French knowledge
