Our client is a prestigious provider of integrated informations and communications technology services. For them we are looking for a Team Manager to lead a new payroll team within their Budapest based center.
- People management tasks (manage a team of 10 members) - Ultimate responsibility for the performance of the team, review and report on the performance of the team - Ensure that with the leadership of the team members most effective utilisation of resources, planning, scheduling of the work of the operation is delivered - Monitor adherence to technical and quality standards for the area and ensure full complience with established procedures - Identify and lead process improvement opportunities - Ensure high level customer satisfaction and that all KPIs are met - Analyze performance and ensure that the project meets SLAs - Give guidance, coaching, people management support to team members - Liaise with key customers, account managers - Keeping in touch with internal clients and stakeholders
- College/university degree - 1-2 years relevant work experience in HR Shared Service Center as a Team Leader - Fluent English skills (but another European language is an advantage) - Strategic thinking and decisiveness - Focus on results and excellent people management skills
