We are looking for a Manager who will lead/support on growing the Saratoga business along with the delivery of client projects. This will include the management of project-related activities and liaison with our clients to build strong and sustainable relationships with HR and business representatives. You will be part of a specialised team who provide a unique service to our clients in terms of Workforce, HR measurement, benchmarking and analytics
The broader HRM team advises clients across a whole range of strategic HR issues, including organisation design, HR implications of business transformation, HR function effectiveness, performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.
About the role
• Responsible for working closely with other Senior Managers, Directors & Partners in business development efforts to drive revenues within the business. • Maintaining a close relationship with internal colleagues and teams to identify new client opportunities and to provide the technical expertise in converting client opportunities. • Playing a key role in maintenance of high quality relationships with clients by inputting into the client management strategy and on-going client relationship management. • Responsible for overall project management for the delivery of the client services model. • Responsible for quality review and for inputting into the insight analysis and analytics prepared by the analyst team to clients. • Responsible for quality review and for inputting into client feedback reports and actively presenting the results to the client along with the Senior Managers, Directors & Partners at feedback sessions. • Responsible for ensuring compliance to risk management procedures for client projects. • Contribute to thought leadership groups and research and development activity as appropriate. • Contribute ideas to new product development and product extensions
• Strong analytical background and business acumen
• Highly analytical with ability to develop insights through data and information and analytics
• Experience of data and analytics (e.g. FTE/Headcount, workforce structures, diversity, learning, recruiting, employee turnover etc., customer, financial and employee surveys)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable and experienced at working with senior stakeholders including those within FTSE / multinationals
• Track record of delivery (incl. where applicable, revenues, client base development)
• Ability to manage projects and able to work effectively both with clients and team members to ensure successful delivery of project
• Experienced at developing new business opportunities
• Strong client liaison skills both in face-to-face situations and on the telephone
• Sound numerical and analytical skills proven through your academic record or previous work experience
• Proven logic and reasoning skills - balancing numerical analysis with the ability to reason
• Good presentation skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
• Ability to work both alone and in a team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of the HR would be very beneficial but not essential
