implement and run the company’s new cloud based core HR System of Record
become the expert of the new Success Factors Employee Central platform
learn the configuration of data, processes, authorizations and interfaces
help design the system together with external partners
maintain, govern and evolve the system
work closely with the support and HR team to identify improvement opportunities
At least 2-3 years’ experience in HRIS support, administration or project implementation
Fluent English knowledge
Highly motivated, analytical, precise personality
Available to work abroad (in the first 6-12 months up to 60-70%)
