Our Client is a shared service center of a leading manufacturing company located in the heart of Budapest.

Responsibilities

  • implement and run the company’s new cloud based core HR System of Record
  • become the expert of the new Success Factors Employee Central platform
  • learn the configuration of data, processes, authorizations and interfaces
  • help design the system together with external partners
  • maintain, govern and evolve the system
  • work closely with the support and HR team to identify improvement opportunities
  • Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in HRIS support, administration or project implementation
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Highly motivated, analytical, precise personality
  • Available to work abroad (in the first 6-12 months up to 60-70%)
