HR Support Advisor with German knowledge

As an HR Support Advisor your main tasks will be:
•Provide HR customer service to internal stakeholders
•Effectively resolve compensation and benefits related requests
•Manage reward processes (e.g. sick pay, special leave, flexible working and contracts)
•Create accurate, HR related reports
•Prepare and follow-up employee documentation
•Proactively participate in process improvement

In order to successfully apply for the HR Support Advisor role, you need to have:
•College or university degree
•Relevant experience in the field of HR administration / HR support services
•Fluent English AND German knowledge
•Excellent communication, problem solving and reporting skills
