Our multinational client in the FMCG sector is looking for a HR Supply Business Partner to its Northern Hungarian plant.
Your main responsibility will be the understanding of business needs and support of supply chain from HR perspective. The HR Business Partner has to closely cooperate with the Supply Chain Manager, Directors and Experts on regional level.

- At least 5 years’ experience in the field of HR (preferably with FMCG background) - HR Specialist or Business Partner background who already has seen the full scale of HR functions - Strategic mindset - Strong personality; ability to influence, make impact on people - Trustworthiness, positive approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal skill who is able to act as a link between business and management - Fluent in English (verbal/written)
