Our client

Our client is a worldwide information technology services and solutions company. They provide consulting, systems integration, outsourcing and infrastructure services, combined with powerful enterprise server technology.


-Working with the EMEA project team to set up the first phase of countries and processes, taking a hands on role in the set up and early days operations, to ensure that the processes are fit for purpose, and adjusting where improvements are identified
- Ensure that the agreed number of resources is available to meet the needs of the client base. Forecast any periods of vacation, absence or exit and aim to have a backfill plan.
- Constantly monitor the workloads and active live ticket enquiries, aim to share workload where this is feasible within language restrictions
- Identify opportunities to cross train and achieve efficiencies across the team, to expand agents knowledge and provide learning experiences and job enrichment
- Act as the 1st escalation point to the HR SSC team where they cannot achieve a first time resolution on queries raised from their respective countries. Aim to resolve escalations prior to referring to in-country HR.
- Promote and develop the HR SSC team to grow within their roles and identify areas where they could take on more responsibility or offer additional support services to their respective countries.
- Recognize and reward the team where they achieve success, conversely take steps where there are any performance gaps
- Monitor the status of all key HR processes that are out-sourced to the HR SSC to ensure that they progress in line with expectation and that all agents have taken the necessary actions in line with their work instructions
- Provide input to service management reporting tools, in order to measure the effectiveness of the service
- Where service falls below agreed standards take steps and measures to learn from this and prevent future reoccurrence


- University or College degree
- At least 5 years work experience in multinational environment
- Minimum 2 years HR experience in SSC as a Leader (Team Leader, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist)
- Fluent English is a must
- IT Skills
- Good analytical mind-set
- Strong People Management experience
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Quick learner personality
- Ability to present


- French or Spanish or Italian or German or Dutch language knowledge is an advantages
