Our Partner in the manufacturing industry is looking for a German speaking HR Associate colleague for their growing Business Service Center in Budapest.

Our Partner in the manufacturing industry is looking for a German speaking HR Associate colleague for their growing Business Service Center in Budapest.
Provide administrative HR and payroll support to the German team:

• Support managers and HR in the recruitment process by assisting in all aspects of the employee life cycle including screening, scheduling interviews and extending job offers
• Managing onboarding tasks including systems transactions and communication to stakeholders
• Coordinate the rehire/transfer process in accordance with company policy and ensure proper documentation is provided.
• Processing and monitoring the time & attendance system & payroll data input

Provide support to HR SSC operation in Budapest:

• Manage end to end administrative HR processes
• Enhance corporate culture with creative initiatives
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems: entering new employees updating employee information, etc.
• Provide guidance to associates and managers on navigation and use of the HRIS System Workday
• Conduct transactional processing
• Coordinate training events for the region
• Support EMEA HR projects

Elvárások / Requirements

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in HR operation field including payroll
• Demonstrated experience in transitioning work to an SSC environment, developing process documentation
• Experience and success in working independently, defining priorities and arranging own agenda.
• Experience and ability to work in a matrix, multinational environment.
• Demonstrate a proactive, can-do approach to solve problems
• Openness to change and ability to learn quickly.
• Team player, approachable with good problem solving skills.
• Has an outstanding customer focus, organization and attention to detail
• Excellent Dutch language skills beside English
