Our client is a multinational company in the airlines sector, we are looking for HR Specialist to their Budapest - based center.

Pozíció részletezése / Position overview

Purpose of the position: 
The job holder plays an important role in the quality and efficient HR operations, improving employee experience by providing support in relation to contracting, HR administration, taxation, calculation and payment of salaries. The job holder also takes part in the recruitment and selection process thus supports the quality staffing and operational efficiency, and act as first point of contact for employee services matters on regional basis. The HR Specialist will report to the Employee Services Manager.

Responsibilities: 
• Preparing employment contracts, contract modifications and terminations
• Supporting the entry and exit procedure
• Maintaining employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HRIS database 
• Providing customer service to all employees in payroll, labor administration, personal taxation and social security matters
• Cooperating with and controlling outsourced payroll partner
• Preparation of payroll inputs, control of payroll calculations, preparation of salary transfers, answering employee queries regarding salary questions
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports
• Supporting the immigration procedure
• Involvement in HR projects, such as process improvements, HR system development and supporting projects in other HR Specialist areas
• Conducting interviews and tests during the selection process
• Participating in the induction program, responsible for HR related induction and Company representation towards new-comers

Requirements: 
• Education: College or University degree
• Work experience: 2 to 3 years in similar position
• Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
• Efficient problem solving
• Good communication skills
• Empathy and customer focused attitude
• Attention to details, good with numbers
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent English
• Good excel knowledge
• Availability for occasional international travel
