HR Shared Service Administrator - 6 months fixed term contract - Manchester, City, M16 0PU

Grow with is as our HR Shared Service Administrator, based in our UK Head Quarters in Manchester.

Reporting to the HR Shared Service Team Leader, you will provide end to end advisory and process support for all Kellogg UK, Ireland, Dubai and Geneva HR activity. You will deliver a fast paced, pro-active, HR service to the business whilst working within legal and European guidelines.

As HR Shared Service Administrator, you will be highly results driven and have the ability to consistently deliver against targets and work to tight deadlines. The role requires excellent customer service skills and a visibly enthusiastic 'can do' approach is crucial.

As HR Shared Service Administrator, you will be part of our success by:
Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, via phone, email and in person; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively
Advising the business on all company policies and procedures
Providing proactive and consistent support to the wider HR team, Line Managers and Employees alike
Posting job advertisements and coordinating all internal and external interview scheduling
Creating interview, training and induction packs as required
Processing new starters, secondments, promotions, leavers and change of hours, including provision of letters and contracts and administering systems changes
Inputting sickness and maternity information, ensuring payroll information is error free and 'right first time'
Responding to all reference requests
Ensuring all employee filing is completed daily
Managing cases on the SharePoint system
Providing ad-hoc support to other HR projects when required

Well evidenced experience in HR and a good understanding of HR Policy
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer Service experience
The ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
Attention to detail, highly organized and efficient
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
The ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Previous experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) e.g. Taleo
Previous experience of using a case management system in a Shared Service setting
The ability to create and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Proficiency in French Language
