Our multinational client is looking for an open minded HR Services Manager who is capable to re-engineer services and processes within the HR department of the company.
Your main duty will relate to the management of the HR transactional activities by the revision of all HR transactional processes (ie payroll, recruitment, training) within the company in order to increase efficiency.
- At least 4-5 years relevant HR experience at FMCG/Manufacturing company (multinational organization) - STRONG KNOWLEDGE of labour + tax regulation and HR transactional processes (eg. supervision of payroll, recruitment, social insurance etc) - EXCELLENT communication & interpersonal skills - FLUENT ENGLISH
