We seek for an experienced HR Services Hungary Lead to join our prestigious client's HR Services Team in their Budapest location.
- Lead and manage the Service Delivery Team to ensure excellent service, controls and regulatory adherence - Ensure daily operations of HR Administration, Benefits Management, Customer Service, Reporting, Payroll - Lead the continuing implementation of significant re-engineering of the operations to provide a step change in service quality - Participate in the annual budget process, understand and be responsible for cost-effective expense control of the operations unit - Manage relationships with key vendors whilst ensuring agreed SLA’s are met - Actively manage risks and issues throughout the operation with robust processes and tools. - Form an active part of the wider HRSS Service Delivery Management Team, providing leadership and management expertise
- University or college degree - Excellent command of English is a must - Solid experience in Hungarian labour law and payroll is a must - Strong knowledge and experience of leading re-engineering and change within an organization across multiple countries - Only applicants with people management experience will be considered preferably in outsourced HR services - Capable to prioritise and keep tight deadlines - Excellent problem solving skill - Dynamic and enthusiastic personality
