HR Services Coordinator (SAP)

  • Do you speak English fluently?

For our international client in Budapest, we are looking for an experienced HR Services Coordinator (SAP).

Key functions

  • Provide advice and support to HR Advisors in planning and maintaining SSC's global organizational structures
  • Execute changes to the company's organization structure accurately
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the business in support of medium to large scale re-organization initiatives
  • Run and provide ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Organization Management related issues and problems
  • Responsible for end to end ownership of all requests, updates, issues, and escalations
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues
  • Utilize SAP system utilities to manage mass changes
  • Mentor Junior colleagues

Requirements for the position:

  • At least 1-3 year of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of HR processes, especially on the field of organization management
  • Strong SAP HR knowledge is essential (or other similar HR system)
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Good level of analytical and numeracy skills
  • Understanding of key project processes
