Our prestigious multinational client is looking for:

HR Service Representative




  • Provide HR process administration and support
  • Answer HR related questions over the phone, via e-mails or chats in the supported languages
  • Communicate effectively to customers on HR policy and processes, providing education where necessary
  • Take ownership of the resolution of clients’ issues by giving guidance
  • Employee Data Management: employee record changes, master data maintenance, employee correspondence and reporting
  • Work with HR teams to help resolve important issues related to employee concerns and queries
  • Identify trends and areas of improvement and pass recommendations to Specialist Teams or Process Owners


  • At least 1 year relevant experience in HR Administration and/or Customer Service
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential and one of the following languages: FRENCH/DUTCH/GERMAN/DANISH/FINNISH/CZECH
  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • Experience in multinational environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide customer-focus attitude
  • Attention to details and precise work manner
  • Dynamic, open personality
