 HR Service Administrator (Italian Speaker) - Part-timer

Description of position:    The HR Service Administrator works in a team with the other HR Service Administrator members and liaises with the EMEA HR Process Owners and the EMEA HR Benefit Services Team

Duties:    Responsibilities:

• Deploy designated programs. Handle new enrolments, calculations, answer employee queries

• Provide absence cover for the other Administrators.

• Follow programs thoroughly and ensure that the customers are responded to their queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain total satisfactory Business Control posture and retain auditable documentation to show compliance with program rules (eg eligibility, approvals, exceptions etc)

• Suggest improvements to procedures and processes that enhance quality and efficiency.

• Handling of specific queries and investigations regarding the programs via the task id or telephone.

• Input and maintain correct information into the relevant tools and databases.

• Ensure delivery of reconciliation file (and other required inputs) to interested parties and ensure that all payroll cut-offs are met.

Requirements, skills:    Required

• Bachelor's Degree

• Awareness of business controls and audit requirements

• Numeracy, reporting skills and knowledge of Excel

• English: Fluent

• Italian: Fluent

Preferred:

• 1 year administrative experience

Known languages:    Fluent English and Italian knowledge
