Description of position:    As HR Service Administrator you will work on different fields of HR.

Duties:    Your tasks may include responsibility for one /more of the followings:

• As a QA Agent, he/she will perform call, case and email monitoring, in order to ensure the delivery of services that are compliant with the company's quality standards, and shall play the role of an advisor for management in terms of the implementation of business best practices.

• As a Training Agent, he/she must manage all learning processes related to the account and use them as a tool to tackle the deficiencies determined by QA observation.

• As a CSR (Customer Support Representative) he/she is the interface between the customer contacting and the customer's HR Department with any HR or Expense related queries.

• As an Employee Data Management (EDM) and Employee Admin the tasks include: Employee Data Management, Organization Data Management, Generic Life Event Management, Absence Admin, Exit Admin and Hard/Soft copy Document Management (including Imaging/Fax to Image). It also includes standard and ad hoc bulk reporting.

Requirements, skills:    Required

• High School Diploma/GED

• English: Fluent

• German: Basic knowledge

• French: Basic knowledge

• Dutch: Fluent


• At least 6 months experience in SAP HR Module/PeopleSoft

• At least 1 year experience in Excel macros

Known languages:    Fleunt English and Dutch AND basic French and German knowledge
