One of our prestigious clients is expanding its operation in Budapest therefore looking to recruit an HR Reward Coordinator.
- Providing HR support to customers and colleagues
- Taking personal ownership for resolving reward requests
- Operating sick pay, special leave, contracts and other reward processes
- Address data entry requests
- Proactively contribute to the HR Services team agenda by owning the delivery of continuous improvement and highlighting opportunities
- Taking an active role in training new starters
- Fluent English AND German/Dutch/French/Italian/Spanish knowledge
- 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of HR
- Experience of handling a high volume of requests
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Customer oriented attitude
