Our client

Our client is a globally leading multinational company, with an impressive client base and an existing growth strategy. They are looking for a professional in the position of HR Resourcing Administrator & HR Advisor.


- Administrate incoming requests in the area of resourcing and act as second line support in HR Service Centre
- Collect new hire data and prepare contracts and additional documentation
- Hiring administration (i.e. collect necessary documents from new hire, notify relevant stakeholders, inform Hiring Manager of checklist, prepare announcement)
- Perform induction training via phone
- Administration of trial period evaluation
- Termination administration
- Invoice / Vendor Management
- Relocation process administration (i.e. communication with employee, coordinate with relocation agency and tax advisors, plan pre-assignment visit
- Act as first line support in HR Service Centre, i.e. be considered as the prime entrance to all HR matters
- Respond accurately and timely to incoming requests and register them in ticket handling system
- Update internal knowledge databases (e.g. FAQ, etc)
- Maintain and update changes of HR information to end users on portal after alignment with HR Process Manager
- Create and maintain records for all employees. Archiving of personnel files (if necessary)
- Deliver pre-defined and ad-hoc reports to internal and external respondents


- Min 1 year of working experience in HR
- BSc or MSc Degree
- Fluency in English and French
- General HR knowledge, including basic knowledge within resourcing, policies and legal requirements as well as service and consulting skills
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Organized, thorough and show attention to details;- ie: ability to ensure high quality in master data through appropriate controls
- Solution oriented

- Proven strong team spirit and a desire to share knowledge in a qualitative manner
