Our prestigious Client, with a well established Business Service Center is currently setting up HR support services in Budapest. Currently we are looking for key members for the team dedicated to deliver a capability building framework and set of interventions that deliver highly skilled, knowledgeable and confident advisors with a customer service, compliant and continuous improvement mind-set. The role will also be the central lead for coordinating internal change and also the simplification of internal processes and ways of working to drive efficiencies and cost savings. Finally, the role will lead the team’s communications ensuring a consistent brand identity and look and feel of direct communications with customers.

Feladatok:

- Create and manage a capability and development framework that drives quality, compliance and performance in a consistent, sustained manner across the teams by
o Functional, personal development
o Covering business changes and events
o Internal teams sharing information
o General induction and Compliance awareness
- Design and implement quality auditing across the service delivery operation to support on-going coaching and performance management and embed a culture of high quality customer experience within the team
- Lead the internal simplification agenda for service centre ways of working, including the diagnosis, planning and solution building
- Manage of first point communication framework
- Facilitate and enable any Change agenda within the SSC

Elvárások:

- HR or other SSC experience required
- Project and change management skills/experience required
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures and practices
- Fluent English is a must, Dutch, Italian, Spanish and Hungarian are an advantage
- Ability to identify and deliver change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to build relationships quickly and influence and persuade others across all levels
- Understanding of Communications frameworks, tools and techniques
- LEAN / Six Sigma trained preferably
- Performance driven mind-set that delivers on agreed outcomes at pace
- Can deliver through others, knowing when and how to delegate and grow others ownership and impact

