Tasks:

To manage the following personnel and labour tasks:                           

  • To make and maintain the personal file of the employees. To administrate and maintain in computer the particulars.To make and modify employment contracts.
  • To fulfil the task regarding the cessation and termination of the employment relationship.
  • To hold a connection with Labour Offices and recruitment companies for effective satisfying the personnel requirements.
  • To organise the recruitment process: recruitment, interviews, selection.
  • Holiday administration. To give labour advice.To organise working permits, visas and invitation letters.To control working time registering, checking in/out.
  • To make and keep job descriptions.To co-ordinate labour force borrowing.To make labour and staff statistics.

To manage the following personnel development tasks:

  • Education organization.To make study agreements.
  • To hold the connection with education companies. To make study plan.
  • To make educational survey and statistics.Employee satisfaction survey, to motivate the employees.To co-ordinate and support the performance management system.
  • Inner PR.   To represent the personnel development in audits.

To manage the following payroll accounting and performance registration tasks:

  • Payroll and sick pay accounting.Performance registration.
  • Allowance, incentive accounting.To make salary, performance statistics.

To manage the following social support tasks:

  • To make and update the working clothes regulation and list.To order working clothes. To control handing out of the working clothes.
  • To organise the transport of the workers

Other tasks:

  • To make, to train the Company Inner Regulation. To make the employees keep it and to update it

General tasks:

  • To take part in the fulfilment other company tasks.To take part in the activity for reaching the overall objectives  of the company

Requirements:

  • HR-Managing experience
  • Degree in economics
  • Labour law, payroll knowledge
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Amibitious, energic, determined and creative personality
