HR Manager - Edinburgh
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager for Amazon's Customer Service Operations in Edinburgh. Undergoing continual change, Amazon is looking for an experienced HR Manager to take on a pivotal role within the business.
This is an opportunity to take on full day to day HR responsibility for the Customer Service Centre site in Edinburgh. Mentoring the HR team, you will 'roll your sleeves up' to ensure delivery of operational HR, whilst at the same time working with and influencing the most senior members of the organisation. There is a strong project focus in this role and the ability to balance operational and project work is key in this position.
Your remit will include all recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, reporting, policy, HR project work for both the EU and wider initiatives.
It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused matrix environment. Experience in dealing with call centre staff and support teams and working in a business undergoing change and transformation is desirable.
