Your Responsibilities in the role

  • Ensure resource is available - internally/externally - to select, induct, and train new employees to meet business/staffing plans
  • Develop strong partnerships with client group leaders to positively influence organizational performance and results
  • Support organisational development strategies
  • Advise managers/supervisors on job levels/classification and compensation/benefit options
  • Support client group leaders in initiatives to train & develop their employees
  • Counsel/support managers, supervisors and employees on HR programs and provides guidance/interpretation on relevant policies, procedures and regulation

Our requirements towards you

  • Graduated in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Economics
  • Advanced level of written/verbal English and fluent Hungarian is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in two of the following functional areas:
    • Recruitment & Selection (both blue and white collar labour force)
    • Training & Development
    • Employee Communications
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to listen, communicate to, and influence employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated analytical, consultative and decision making skills. Skill in problem analysis to conduct research, analyze data and prepare recommendations for resolution
  • Appreciation/experience of a variety of Hungarian labour legislation - current laws, regulations and policies pertaining to HR. Ability to apply an understanding of key legal precedents, policies and practices to protect interests of organization and individual employees
  • Emotional intellect - ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex, sometimes ambiguous, operating environment.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint
