For our prestigious multinational partner we are looking for a

French speaking HR generalist

Role purpose:

  • To act as the first point of contact for inbound HR queries from employees and managers for a specified geography
  • Deal directly with employees and managers to resolve requests for HR support
  • Lead key HR projects (e.g. absence management, case work, due diligence for new deals, etc.)
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and develop collateral for HR function
  • Engage with external suppliers delivering HR services (e.g. payroll providers, benefit providers, etc.)

What will you do:

  • To respond to inbound queries via the service management system (ask HR), telephone or e-mail
  • Take ownership of each enquiry and strive to achieve a first time resolution
  • To manage key HR processes for a specified geography in line with the documented process maps
  • To perform ad-hoc projects as required
  • To perform routine (weekly/monthly/quarterly) administrative tasks


  • College or University degree
  • Fluency in English and in French
  • At least one year of experience within a previous HR role
    (as an  HR Generalist or HR Business Partner)
