HR Employee Life Cycle Specialist (German speaking)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective answers to HR related questions regarding the full employee life cycle
  • Provide advice and information to colleagues
  • Create online email and phone HR Services
  • Help to build efficient and effective HR Services
  • Use a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate
  • Support the Team Leader and play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the team
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and at least intermediate English
  • Motivation to have a career in HR
  • Fresh graduates are more than welcome!!!
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment (e.g. in customer service, IT support or other administrative roles)
  • University or College degree or other HR qualification is an advantage
  • Strong IT Skills (ERP, MS Office)
  • SAP HR knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
